Kevin Oakes

Kevin is the CEO and founder of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), the world’s largest vendor-free network of corporations focused on improving workforce productivity.

Prior to founding i4cp, Kevin was the founder of SumTotal Systems, the world’s largest learning management system company, when he merged Click2learn with Docent. Prior to the formation of SumTotal, Kevin was the Chairman & CEO of Click2learn.

Kevin’s most recent book is The Executive Guide to Integrated Talent Management. He was the 2006 Chair of the national ASTD board of directors, and is a frequent keynoter and author in the human capital field.
